How to Setup Customize the Hypernova ScrollBars Control
Step 1: Setup the ScrollBar instances
Let's setup the ScrollBar instances that we can use as that we can use as Scroller for a Control, say for example, a PictureBox Control.
Step 2: Customise some desired properties in the ScrollBar instances
Step 3: Handle the events in the ScrollBar instances as you desire
That is all to it!
