Gets a list of indices of child items that are about to be made visible in the itemscontrol's viewport.

The list of indices (at this time of release) will always contain only two elements, the first index element value will point to the (actual) index of the very first item to be rendered in the viewport, and the second element value will point to the (actual) index of the last visible item in the view port that is about to be rendered.
