The column counts a BinaryRibbonGallery takes at each step as its group gives up
width – the value of the attached BinaryRibbonGallery.RenderableGalleryColumnsProperty.

Remarks
The first number is the column count while the group has all the room it wants, the next the
count at the first step of shrinking, and so on; past the last number the last is kept. 0 collapses
the gallery to a single button that opens its drop-down. In XAML it is written as a comma-separated
list: "6,4,0".
