Where a command attached to the quick access toolbar is meant to appear: on the toolbar, in its overflow menu, or in both.

The value is set per command with the attached
BinaryRibbonQuickAccessToolBar.QuickAccessChildPlacementProperty. The toolbar stores
it but does not act on it, so every value currently leaves the command where the toolbar would put
it anyway.
