How much time the Gantt chart's timeline shows, from a column per day to a column per half-year.

The timeline has two header rows: the upper one names months at GanttZoom.Day and
GanttZoom.Week zoom and years at the coarser zooms; the lower one is described on each value.
Each value also fixes how wide a calendar day is drawn, given below in logical units (1/96
inch).
